This Luxtherm 1/2″ thermostatic rough-in valve is designed for use with Newport Brass thermostatic tub and shower trim sets. Features solid brass construction, integrated three-way diverter, shut-off control, and built-in check valves with service stops. Regulates water temperature and has a high-temperature limit safety stop to ensure the water temperature does not go above 100 degree F to prevent scalding. Mounting tabs located on rough-in allow for secure installation.
