The Marcy Deluxe Smith Cage Machine MD-9010G is a total body home gym designed to have all the features of a club machine. With 3 different strength machines and 6 different exercise stations, you can perform a variety of exercises (over 100) all within 1 compact design.
Built into this system is a cable-routed pectoral fly station, safety Olympic bar catches, fully adjustable Smith bar catches, an Olympic free weight rack, cable routed pulley system, and a multifunctional weight bench; which includes a total leg developer, an Olympic sleeve for the developer, a bicep preacher curl, and a preacher pad.
The frame of the MD-9010G is built with the precision and strength Smith is known for. The 7-degree slant of the bench is designed around the natural body movements during exercise. It was constructed with heavy duty tubular steel and finished in a durable powder coat. This machine was designed for safety as well as power; made with 2000-pound tensile strength aircraft cables and an “off floor” base to optimize stability. The adjustable bar catches and safety stoppers ensure extra protection.
Attachments included for your best workout are the lat bar, triceps rope, shiver bar, ankle strap, chrome row handle, and 2 single handles.
